Description: The Oxoid™ Bacillus Cereus (PEMBA) Agar is a selective medium designed for the isolation and enumeration of Bacillus cereus from food and environmental samples. PEMBA stands for Polymyxin Egg Yolk Mannitol Bromothymol Blue Agar, which helps identify Bacillus Cereus based on its unique colony appearance.
