Description
Oxoid™ MRS Agar (ISO) (500g) is a selective medium used for the isolation and enumeration of Lactobacillus species from food, dairy products, and environmental samples. This medium is formulated according to ISO 15214 standards, offering a reliable method for the selective growth of Lactobacillus while inhibiting the growth of most other microorganisms. It supports the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria, particularly those that require enriched conditions.
