The most precise hops moisture metre now on the market is the Humimeter FLH.
It has the ability to measure the moisture content of hop bales, the equilibrium moisture content of hops, the air humidity in a kiln or conditioning chamber, as well as long-term temperature and climatic data logging.
The unit has two important characteristics, namely the ability to preprogramme it for the alpha acid content, which can cause inconsistent readings in other contact type metres. The cone sensor's innovative design enables reliable, repeatable readings.
