General Description
The Assurance® GDS for Listeria spp. Tq is an automated system for detecting Listeria in food and environmental samples. The proprietary PickPen® IMS-based sample preparation quickly captures Listeria spp., separating the pathogen from inhibitory materials to ensure valid PCR reactions, even with challenging samples. Assurance® GDS PCR technology offers enhanced specificity with highly specific primers and probes for accurate detection of Listeria spp.
