Description
Difco™ Lactobacilli MRS Broth powder supports lactobacilli growth with peptone, dextrose, polysorbate 80, acetate, magnesium, and manganese. Based on deMan, Rogosa, and Sharpe’s formulation, it allows direct inoculation and ensures a strong cultural response with Lactobacillus species. This dehydrated microbiology media contains essential growth factors and is COMPF, SMD certified. Tan in color, pH 6.5 ± 0.2 (5.5% solution, 25°C). Store at 2°C to 8°C.
